I write about public media for Current.org and I distribute a weekly newsletter on media jobs in California. In the past I have worked in editorial and social media roles for organizations like the Institute for Nonprofit News, Inside.com, Yahoo, Southern California Public Radio, OraTV and newspapers like the Santa Maria Times, the Walla Walla Union-Bulletin and the Naples Daily News. I earned a degree in journalism from Cal Poly Pomona.
